Message From Roy Lee Estate Agent I wish to inform you of my background and the services as to what my new estate agents office can offer to you.
I have been involved in the practise of buying and selling and property management for over 20 years in Ireland, England, and Spain.
I started my own business in England in 1991 and sold the business in 2005 and moved back to Ireland. I was a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in England.
I have gathered a wealth of experience over these years and have discovered that once the client gives me a property to sell I give the client 100% attention in selling their property. This will include the knowledge of the selling process, and feedback to the client on their property, and the state of the property market. Servicing the client needs with regular communication is what today’s client is looking for.
My refurbished office in Bandon Co Cork will be a valuable tool to carry out this process, and I do welcome clients to drop in and discuss their property requirements.
